Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Shubat — the website at shubat.org, the hosted relay, and the Shubat mobile apps for iOS and Android (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Shubat is

Shubat is a client and connection service for the OpenCode coding agent. It lets you reach an OpenCode server that you run and control from your phone. Our hosted relay forwards an encrypted tunnel between your phone and your machine so you can connect without exposing your machine to the public internet. The relay is transport only: it does not run the agent, and it is not designed to store your prompts, source code, or session contents.

Accounts

• You create an account on the website by signing in with an email magic link, GitHub, or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method, your account, and your pairing tokens secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the OpenCode server you connect and for everything it does. Do not use the Service to break the law, to attack or overload infrastructure, or to interfere with other users.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid access is US$5 per month, billed through PayPal as a recurring subscription. Purchases are made only on the website (shubat.org) — the mobile apps do not sell anything.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Prices may change; we will give notice on the website before a change affects your renewals.
• If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, expires, or is suspended, your connector access is revoked.

Free access, referrals, and promo codes

• We may offer free access — for example, a free month for early users, free months for referrals (subject to a cap), and promo codes. These are promotional, carry no cash value, and we may change or end them at any time.
• Free access is granted per account and is revoked automatically once the free period lapses unless you have an active paid subscription.
• Do not abuse promotions — for example, by creating accounts solely to farm referral or promo credit. We may revoke credit obtained through abuse.

Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel your subscription at any time (see above). You can permanently delete your account and its data from the account page on the website; deletion revokes your connector and cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for what data we hold.

Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the relay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we may perform maintenance or change the Service. Because your data and your agent run on your own server, you are responsible for its operation, security, and backups.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shubat and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, for abuse of the Service or promotions, or where required to protect the Service or comply with the law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
